Here are a few of the ways our community is supported. Let us know if you’d like to be a part of the joy that is service.
At Grace UCC, we believe spiritual growth is a lifelong journey—and we’re committed to walking that path together, from our littlest ones to our most seasoned saints.
Our Nursery is open year-round, providing a safe, nurturing space for our youngest members to be loved and cared for while their families worship and learn. Right now, we’re blessed with a joyful, growing group of young children and a team of deeply dedicated teachers who reflect God’s love in every story shared, every crayon stroke, every comforting hug.
As we look ahead to fall, we’re excited to rebuild and revitalize our programs for older children, teens, and adults. Whether you’re returning, brand new, or somewhere in between, there’s a place for you—and for your questions, your gifts, and your growth.
At the heart of it all is our vision: that each person, at every age, might come to know the joy of serving God and the steady grace of being part of a faith family that grows together.
Come, be part of something beautiful. The Spirit is moving—and there’s room for you.
If you are dropping off your child for Sunday School and if you walk your child to class (and are not staying for adult classes), please use the Valet Parking space (if available) to free up a regular space for someone who is staying for Sunday School. This parking space is the first one on the left as you enter the church parking lot. However, please do not use it after Sunday School, as this may interfere with the valet service for church. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the church office.
We have started a video tape library of children’s Bible stories located in the Nursery Department. They are VHS tapes and available to all to view. Please stop in and browse our selection.
Pastor Chris began his ministry at Grace n May 4, 2025. He is looking forward to working with the members and friends of Grace Church to develop new classes and Bible Study opportunities as soon as possible.
If you have an idea for a study or small group program, please reach out to the church office and talk with Pastor Chris!
Through our Feed Our Flock Ministry, we reach out with love and prayer to those who may be physically distant but remain close to our hearts—our shut-ins, college students, and military personnel. Throughout the year, we send care, encouragement, and reminders that they are a cherished part of our Grace UCC family. Whether across town or across the country, they are not forgotten. We are praying for them, and we remain connected as one body in Christ.
Year-Round Love in Action
Our Feed Our Flock Ministry shares Christ’s love in tangible ways throughout the year, reminding our extended church family—especially shut-ins, students, and military members—that they are not forgotten.
With the help of many caring hands, including our Sunday School and Candy Makers, we reach out through:
Valentine’s Day – Cards and sweet treats sent with love
Easter – Joyful bags assembled by our Sunday School and filled with handmade candy
Spring – “Exam Survival Sacks” and graduation blessings for our students
Fall – Thoughtful goodie boxes to encourage and uplift
December – More “Exam Survival Sacks” as finals approach
Christmas – Festive bags filled with gifts and homemade candy, lovingly prepared
Each gesture is a reminder: you are seen, loved, and prayed for—no matter where life takes you.
Grief takes many forms, and no one should walk through it alone. Our Helping Hands – Healing Hearts Bereavement Ministry extends the love of Christ to members of our congregation following the loss of a loved one—offering care through presence, prayer, and gentle remembrance.
Our outreach begins with a heartfelt sympathy card, sent as a first sign that we are holding them close. A few weeks later, we follow up with a phone call—a quiet reminder that they are not forgotten. If welcomed, we offer to stop by with a small remembrance gift and a contact card. We are always ready to sit and talk, but just as willing to simply drop off our gift and go—respecting where each person is on their journey.
This ministry exists to say, again and again: you are not alone, and love never ends.
Our mission statement is: An ear to listen, a hand to hold, a heart to share, a friend who cares.

We are a dedicated group who gather twice a year to make candy. In 2009 we made 551 pounds at Easter and 285 pounds at Christmas. Through the efforts of this group many improvements have been made to our church.
The Adult Fellowhip Class meets each Sunday morning from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the 2nd floor of the church office. As we grow together in the Christian life, we welcome anyone who desires to learn and study God’s word through our weekly Bible lessons and the fellowship of others.
Our group consists of married couples, single parents, and married parents. Each Sunday morning during the Sunday School hour (9:00 AM to 10:00 AM), we gather to share in fellowship. We help each other with the day-to-day struggles and successes of parenting. We are always looking for new parents to join our group and give their perspective on parenting.
